职位描述:
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR HQ team in China to provide effective HR solutions for business department, and establish an HR management system;
Participate in business department management and work from an HR perspective. Develop and implement annual HR work plans, including but not limited to recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations, etc;
Provide feedback to HR HQ team on the effectiveness of implementing HR policies, HR projects, and HR processes.
Qualification Requirements:
Fluent in Chinese and English;
At least 5 years of local relevant experience in HR. Team management experience is preferred;
Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;
Self-motivated, responsible, and independent;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
